We serve a range of complimentary refreshments. Light refreshments (juices, water and biscuits) are available on all our flights, at all times. Tea and coffee are served during our morning and evening flights. And, for longer flights to Juba or Zanzibar, we offer a range of sandwiches.

Due to restrictions imposed by the Kenya Airports Authority, passengers are not allowed to board the aircraft with their own food and drink.

Passengers are invited to sit back and enjoy our quarterly 540 in-flight magazine.  It is bursting with inspiring guides to destinations, hotels and restaurants plus the latest product reviews and includes thought provoking business and current affairs editorial.

Special assistance

If you require special assistance, please let our sales agents know when booking your flight.

We do everything we can to ensure individual needs are met, however, due to restrictions within our insurance policy, we are unable carry passengers who require being physically lifted onto the plane.

We are, however, able to assist wheelchair passengers who can be escorted up to the aircraft door, as long as they are able to climb the stairs – and provided we are informed at the time of booking. For further information, please email:

Passengers with children are given priority boarding and unaccompanied minors between the ages of 6 and 17 are escorted by a friendly member of our staff.
